Ievep has changed its Transaction Model and made more complementarity, because of time difference, sometimes we cannot deliver the goods on time, for the sake of our transactions are carried out smoothly, now we offer some suggestions:
I. We guaranteed delivery goods as soon as possible if we have goods in stock.
II.If we cannot deliver in short time, we assure that we can seek goods and keep it for 24 hours for you, if you do not contact us within 24 hours, we will think that you have given up this order voluntarily.
III. Our transaction model is, placing an order at our web site first, and then paying for your order, we can’t deliver the goods to you unless we have finished the vertification of this order, if it brings you any inconvenience, please forgive us.
IV. If we have not delivered the order, our customer can as refund at any time, we will refund immediately on customer's request.
